The method behind the workshop

Five connected skills.
One system your team can use.

A profile, a post, and a connection request each have a job. The 5C Method shows your team how those actions work together.

Built for the people who know your business

Make your expertise easier to find, understand, and remember.

Your sellers know the questions buyers ask. Your technical experts know the applications. Your leaders know where the industry is going.

The workshop gives each person a way to bring that knowledge to LinkedIn, with a role and routine that fit their work.

Built around your team

Two hours together.
A clear path afterward.

We agree on your audience and business priority before the workshop, so the examples feel relevant from the start.

Before the workshop

Set the context.

A 30-minute organizer planning call and a short participant questionnaire help us understand your people, priorities, and starting point.

During the workshop

Learn. Try. Ask.

Trevor teaches each of the 5Cs, demonstrates a manufacturing example, and guides an exercise. There is time for questions as your people work on their own ideas.

After the workshop

Put the plan to work.

Participants keep their workbook and personal 30-day plan. Your organizer receives a recap to support follow-through. A 30-day replay is included when recording is agreed.

Live virtual delivery. On-site options by arrangement. Up to 25 participants per interactive session. Investment is quoted for your team and delivery.

Make sure it fits
your team.

Is this useful for people who rarely use LinkedIn?

Yes. We establish the foundations and explain why each action matters. More experienced participants use the same exercises to identify gaps in their approach.

Does everyone need to become a content creator?

No. People can contribute through better profiles, relevant connections, thoughtful comments, conversations, or sharing expertise with colleagues. Each person chooses a useful role and realistic routine.

Will everyone finish a new profile in two hours?

Participants draft key elements and identify improvements. Because the session covers all five Cs, complete profile development happens afterward. Ongoing coaching and individual profile reviews are outside this workshop’s scope.

Can you tailor it to our manufacturing business?

The organizer call helps us select relevant examples and a shared priority. Substantially different curricula, multiple audiences, and larger groups can be scoped separately.

What does it cost, and what happens on the call?

In 30 minutes, we discuss your participants, priorities, preferred delivery, and timing. We then confirm scope and investment. Booking this call does not commit you to purchasing a workshop.

What should participants bring?

A laptop, access to their own LinkedIn account if they have one, and a real audience or business priority. People without an account can use the teaching examples.
