Who operates this site

LinkedIn for Manufacturing is operated by TLR Consulting Group LLC ("TLR," "we," "us," or "our"). Questions and privacy requests may be sent to trevor@tlrconsultinggroup.com.

Information you provide

When you request a training conversation, we receive the information you enter, which may include your name, work email, company, role, company size, program interest, and the business context you choose to share.

When you request a PDF copy of LinkedIn for Manufacturing, we receive your name, email address, and the job title you provide if you choose to enter one. We record your request, provide a direct PDF download on the confirmation page, and share those details with Encharge for book delivery and a short follow-up sequence. Please do not submit passwords, confidential customer information, sensitive personal information, or other information that is not needed for your request.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

The site stores limited preferences in your browser when you dismiss banners or prompts. The book banner uses session storage for the current browser session. Your analytics choice uses local storage. You can reopen your analytics choice through Privacy Choices in the footer.

Our Google Analytics 4 tag loads only if you accept analytics (Accept Analytics, Analytics only, or Accept all). Before you choose, and if you decline, our tag does not load and we send no site analytics data to Google. If you accept, Google may receive information such as the pages you visit, your IP address, browser details, and analytics identifiers, and may place first-party analytics cookies. We send page views with URL parameters removed. On the workshop landing page, we also measure confirmed calendar bookings. On the book and workshop pages, we measure selected campaign identifiers. We do not use this site’s analytics for advertising personalization, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or form responses as analytics events. This choice controls our analytics tag; embedded services such as TidyCal operate under their own privacy practices.

On the book pages and dedicated workshop landing page, choosing Accept all also enables the LinkedIn Insight Tag for ad attribution, book-request or confirmed-booking measurement, and retargeting audiences. LinkedIn may receive the visited URL, referrer, IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, and cookie or advertising identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or booking details to LinkedIn. Analytics only and Decline optional do not enable this tag. Global Privacy Control disables this tag. Reopen Privacy choices on the book page or workshop page to change that page’s measurement permission. Revoking permission stops future tag loading; it does not remove information already received by a provider. See LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.

How we use information

• Respond to a business inquiry and assess the training or consulting request you made.
• Record your book request, provide access to the PDF, send the requested book and two practical follow-up emails over five days.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and its forms.
• Maintain appropriate business, consent, suppression, security, and legal records.

Submitting a business inquiry does not automatically enroll you in an automated sales sequence. A book request may start a three-email series over five days: book delivery, a reminder, and a practical exercise or question. Each message has an unsubscribe option. If we offer ongoing marketing email beyond these short resource sequences, we will ask you to make a separate choice. You may unsubscribe or contact us at any time.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers that process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services:

• Netlify hosts the site, collects program inquiry forms, and may process delivery, security, and diagnostic logs.
• Encharge provides the book request form and its email delivery workflow. When that form loads, Encharge may receive technical request information and record a form view. When you submit the book form, Encharge receives the name, email address, and optional title you provide.
• TidyCal provides the booking calendar embedded on the site’s thank-you pages and workshop landing page. Loading those pages may send technical request information to TidyCal; booking a time may provide it with the details you enter.
• Google Analytics measures page visits and limited interactions, such as scrolling, outbound link clicks, and file downloads, only if you accept analytics. You can decline or change your choice through Privacy Choices in the footer.
• Google Fonts supplies font files used by the site. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the referring page.
• Email and business-administration providers may process information needed to deliver messages, manage a requested conversation, or maintain appropriate business records.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain consent or suppression records, to meet legal obligations, and to maintain legitimate business records. Retention depends on the type of request, whether a business relationship develops, and applicable requirements. Service providers may retain technical logs and backup copies according to their own documented schedules. We review information periodically and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

International processing

TLR and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, we rely on provider contracts and legally recognized transfer safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw a marketing choice. Email trevor@tlrconsultinggroup.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

Third-party sites

This site discusses LinkedIn and links to LinkedIn and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. LinkedIn for Manufacturing and TLR Consulting Group LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, form, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, service providers, business, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
