Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TLR Consulting Group LLC handles information submitted through LinkedIn for Manufacturing and the technical information involved in delivering the site.

Effective date: August 30, 2026

Who operates this site

LinkedIn for Manufacturing is operated by TLR Consulting Group LLC ("TLR," "we," "us," or "our"). Questions and privacy requests may be sent to trevor@tlrconsultinggroup.com.

Information you provide

When you request a training conversation, we receive the information you enter, which may include your name, work email, company, role, company size, program interest, and the business context you choose to share.

When you request the 5C LinkedIn Team Activation Kit, we receive the name and email address you enter. Please do not submit passwords, confidential customer information, sensitive personal information, or other information that is not needed for your request.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

The site stores limited values in your browser's local storage to remember when you dismiss the kit banner or prompt. These values contain an expiration time, remain in your browser, and are not used by TLR to identify you.

We do not currently run an advertising tracker or a first-party audience analytics service on this site.

How we use information

  • Respond to a business inquiry and assess the training or consulting request you made.
  • Deliver the 5C LinkedIn Team Activation Kit and related service messages you requested.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and its forms.
  • Maintain appropriate business, consent, suppression, security, and legal records.

Submitting a business inquiry does not automatically enroll you in an automated sales sequence. Submitting the kit form permits the messages needed to deliver the requested resource. If we offer ongoing marketing email, we will ask you to make a separate choice. You may withdraw that choice at any time through the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers that process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services:

  • Netlify hosts the site, processes the program inquiry form, and may process delivery, security, and diagnostic logs.
  • Encharge provides the kit request form and email-delivery workflow. When the form loads, Encharge may receive technical request information and record a form view. When you submit it, Encharge receives the name and email address you provide.
  • Google Fonts supplies font files used by the site. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the referring page.
  • Email and business-administration providers may process information needed to deliver messages, manage a requested conversation, or maintain appropriate business records.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain consent or suppression records, to meet legal obligations, and to maintain legitimate business records. Retention depends on the type of request, whether a business relationship develops, and applicable requirements. Service providers may retain technical logs and backup copies according to their own documented schedules. We review information periodically and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

International processing

TLR and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, we rely on provider contracts and legally recognized transfer safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw a marketing choice. Email trevor@tlrconsultinggroup.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

Third-party sites

This site discusses LinkedIn and links to LinkedIn and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. LinkedIn for Manufacturing and TLR Consulting Group LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, form, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, service providers, business, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
