A LinkedIn workshop built for manufacturing teams

Help your team turn expertise into useful LinkedIn activity.

Your people answer customer questions, explain applications, and share lessons every day. In this workshop, they learn how to bring that expertise to their profiles, content, and conversations. Each participant leaves with clear next steps.

  • People are unsure where to start. Some post occasionally. Others have an untouched profile or worry they have nothing useful to say.
  • Marketing is carrying the activity. You want sellers, leaders, and experts to understand how they can contribute.
  • You need a practical team starting point.A sales meeting, kickoff, or dedicated training session is a chance to agree on what happens next.

What your team will learn

Learn the 5Cs. Know what to do next.

The 5C Method connects your profile, your audience, what you share, how you respond, and the routine that keeps it going. Each part includes a manufacturing example and a short exercise.

The 5C Method: Credibility, Connections, Content, and Conversations, supported by Consistency, tools, templates, AI, and team habits.
Five connected capabilities. One shared approach.

A few practical questions

Make sure it fits your team.

Is this suitable for people who rarely use LinkedIn?
Yes. We establish the foundations and explain the reasoning behind the actions. More experienced participants can use the same exercises to identify gaps in their current approach.
Will everyone finish a new profile during the workshop?
Participants identify improvements and draft key elements. The two‑hour session covers the full 5C system, so complete profile development happens afterward. The Team Sprint adds individual profile feedback.
Does everyone have to become a regular content creator?
People can contribute through profiles, relevant connections, thoughtful comments, conversations, or sharing expertise with colleagues. We help each participant choose a useful role and realistic routine.
Can you tailor the workshop to our industry or sales team?
Yes. The organizer call helps us select relevant manufacturing examples and a shared priority. A substantially different curriculum or multiple audiences can be scoped separately.
What should participants bring?
A laptop, access to their own LinkedIn account if they have one, and a real audience or business priority to work on. People without an account can complete the exercises using the teaching examples.
How do we arrange a workshop and get a price?
Start with a 30‑minute planning conversation. We discuss your audience, participant count, preferred delivery, timing, and internal follow-through, then confirm the scope and investment.

Let’s talk about your team
